Government of India (Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resources Development) had notified that all the qualification awarded through Distance Education by private as well as public institution /Universities stand automatically recognized for the purpose of employment to posts and services under central Government, provided it has been approved by Distance Education Council, IGNOU.
