In order to propel adoption of best-in-class processes and best of breed solutions in organized retail, CII - IL is convening a series of national level focused discussion sessions under the “ABSORB” theme – Accelerated Benchmark performance in Supply Chains of Organized Retail Business.

CIL proposes to send a questionnaire surrounding critical aspects of Supply Chain excellence in Organized Retail to a large base of producers, service providers and retailers across the country. Responses to the questionnaire will form the basis for a very basic framework oriented presentation to facilitate debate and discussions which will be held across the regions in the country.

Outcome of these regional interactive sessions will be collated together with the questionnaire responses to evolve a concrete action plan for performance improvement in the OR sector. This will form the final summit of the CII-ABSORB initiative.
